Krista, originating from Lennox, SD, is an alumna of the University of South Dakota with a
specialization in Therapeutic Recreation. Prior to joining NMR in 2014, she accrued over 16 years of
experience in the healthcare sector. Krista’s journey with NMR began in the South Dakota office,
where she provided credentialing, scheduling, and recruiting support. This role paved the way to her
current position as a Field Representative for South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, and southern
Minnesota. Krista is driven by her passion for ensuring that quality physicians are available to
facilities that serve our families, friends, and communities. Outside of work, she enjoys boating,
attending sporting events, and participating in youth activities with her family.

Certified Public Accountant

Janae Miller has been a valued member of the NMR team since 2015, bringing a passion for
innovative solutions that drive financial growth for the business. A native of Baker, MT, Janae has a
love for travel that matches her enthusiasm for her work. Outside the office, she dedicates her time
to her family and enjoys watching hockey, embracing the excitement and energy of the sport. Janae’s
commitment to both her professional and personal life reflects her dynamic approach to embracing
new challenges and experiences.

Troy originates from Minot, ND, and is an alumnus of the University of North Dakota. With a solid 16
years in the healthcare sector, he has been a part of the NMR family since November 2009. Troy
takes great pride in being associated with such a remarkable company and cherishes the
camaraderie with his colleagues, who he regards as a second family. The aspect Troy appreciates
most about NMR is the diversity and uniqueness of each day. Away from work, he is passionate

Abby, a Bismarck, ND native, completed her B.S. in Marketing at the University of North Dakota and
furthered her education with an MBA from the University of Mary in 2015. Since joining NMR in
2006, Abby has appreciated the company’s agility and ability to adapt to the diverse needs of each
facility and provider it serves. She finds fulfillment in facilitating the perfect match between
physicians and rural communities. Abby’s passion lies in analyzing and enhancing the company’s
efficiency and effectiveness. She enjoys her daily work and the company of her colleagues. Outside
of work, Abby’s life is filled with family, friends, lake cabin getaways, skiing, sewing, and exploring

Dan’s previous tenure at a large Integrated Health Care organization revealed to him the
inefficiencies of numerous staffing management companies, inspiring him to embrace NMR’s
innovative approach, which today stands as a regional leader. He is dedicated to ensuring that
NMR’s physicians and mid-level practitioners enjoy a rewarding work experience, while also
providing the staff with fulfilling career opportunities. Dan takes pride in connecting these

Patsy was instrumental in laying the groundwork for NMR at its inception in 2004. At the Board level,
Patsy plays a significant role in policy development and collaborates with management staff on the

new business opportunities. Patsy takes pride in the exceptional team dedicated to delivering the

Chief Credentialing Officer

Tonya, a native of Makoti, ND, and a graduate of Minot State University, joined the NMR team in
September 2021 after a 31-year tenure in healthcare. Her extensive experience encompasses
administrative and operational functions, including compliance with governing rules and standards,
state licensing, national board requirements, and credentialing practices. Tonya aims to streamline
the credentialing process, ensuring efficiency and ease for providers joining the team. In her leisure
time, she enjoys the company of family and friends, reading, baking, and outdoor activities. What
Tonya appreciates about NMR is the collaborative spirit with physicians, the familial atmosphere, and
the industry leadership marked by integrity and honesty.

Credentialing Specialist

Angie, hailing from Casselton, ND, brings a wealth of experience with 19 years in the credentialing
field. She became a part of the NMR family in June 2022 and is dedicated to streamlining the
credentialing process for providers, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Outside of work,
Angie’s hobbies include scrapbooking, which allows her to preserve memories creatively, and
spending quality time at the lakes. She also values the moments shared with friends and family,
fostering connections and making new memories. Angie’s enthusiasm for her role at NMR and her
commitment to excellence in credentialing are matched by her passion for her personal interests and

Veterans Project Manager

Kristi embarked on her journey with NMR in June 2022, taking on the role of VES Project Manager.
Her primary mission is to recruit the finest providers nationwide to deliver exceptional care to our
Veterans. Hailing from a family with a strong military background, representing all service branches,
Kristi’s dedication to this cause is personal and profound. A Kentucky native, Kristi is happily married
to the love of her life, and together they are blessed with five wonderful children and three even
more delightful grandchildren. With 15 years of experience as a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA),
Kristi brings a wealth of healthcare knowledge to her role. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her
staying active at the gym or exploring and embracing the charms of her new hometown. Kristi’s

Linn, a proud North Dakotan residing in Bismarck, ND, brings over two decades of healthcare
industry experience to her role, including significant contributions at the Bismarck Cancer Center and

Zac, originally from Bismarck, ND and now residing in Fargo, ND, is a fresh face in the healthcare
industry, having graduated in 2021 from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a B.S. in
Healthcare Administration. His role at NMR centers around assisting providers with their travel
arrangements, ensuring they have a seamless experience while fulfilling their shifts. In his downtime,
Zac is a sports enthusiast who enjoys spending time with family and friends, and engaging in any
sport or game available. His passion for sports extends beyond mere spectating, as he actively
participates whenever possible, embodying the spirit of teamwork and competition. Zac’s

Emilly, affectionately known as EJ in the office to distinguish her from another Emily, is a Thompson,
ND native and a proud graduate of NDSU with a degree in Human Resources. When she’s not
immersed in her work, Emilly is an avid reader, a playful dog owner, and an outdoor enthusiast who
loves to soak up the sun and fresh air. Her passion for literature, her dogs, and the great outdoors
are just a few facets of her vibrant personality.

Amy, originally from Minot, North Dakota, is a Clarkson College, Omaha, Nebraska alumna. With over
12 years of healthcare experience, she joined the NMR team in May 2024. Amy is enthusiastic about
her role in provider credentialing, aiming to enhance patient access to qualified healthcare
professionals throughout the region. When not at work, Amy’s life is rich with family and friends’
gatherings, whether cheering at sporting events or relaxing at the lake on weekends. Her creative
side flourishes in wood-crafting DIY projects, often creating personalized items for her loved ones.

Ben, a Bismarck native, pursued his passion for history and education at the University of Mary,
earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Social Studies Education. After a year and a half of shaping
young minds through teaching, Ben transitioned to NMR, where he found a new avenue to apply his
skills. An outdoor enthusiast, Ben enjoys a range of activities from hunting and fishing to golfing and
snowboarding. He’s also an avid traveler, seeking new experiences and adventures. At NMR, Ben
